Mr. Fairchild has 16+ years of experience
including forensic investigations, structural and civil engineering
design, and construction-related services for projects in both the
public and private sectors.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree
in Architectural Technology from Florida International University,
followed by a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from
the University of Florida, Mr. Fairchild began working for Kimley-Horn
and Associates, Inc., a national civil engineering firm.
During his 16 years of employment, he provided
structural design, technical specifications, project management
and construction oversight for projects involving bridges, highway
structures, retaining walls, telecommunication facilities, marinas,
and residential and commercial buildings. |

Mr. Fairchild’s forensic engineering
experience includes structural evaluations, condition assessments,
and post-hurricane damage investigations of residential, commercial,
industrial, telecommunication, marine and bridge structures.
Mr. Fairchild is affiliated with various engineering
organizations, including National Society of Professional Engineers
(NSPE), Florida Engineering Society (FES), American Society of Civil
Engineers (ASCE), American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC),
and the Order of the Engineer.
He has been a licensed Professional Engineer in
the State of Florida since 1997 and also holds a Professional Engineering
license in the State of Texas.
