Mr. Harrison joined Milton Engineering Consultants, P.A. in 2005 and has over 15 years of engineering and construction experience. Mr. Harrison received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Akron (Ohio). He is a licensed professional engineer in Florida, Michigan, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
Mr. Harrison has over 10 years of experience in performing structural/damage investigations of commercial, industrial, institutional and residential structures. He also has specialized knowledge in analyzing and evaluating damage and/or failures in concrete, steel, roofing, masonry and timber. |

Mr. Harrison has an extensive background in roofing and has performed numerous condition assessments on existing roof system. Mr. Harrison is a member of the Roof Consultants Institute (RCI) and the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA).
Prior to this position, Mr. Harrison was Director of Engineering for a firm in Columbus, Ohio specializing in forensic engineering. Mr. Harrison was responsible for investigative engineering, with emphasis on analyzing and evaluating structural failures in concrete, steel, timber, roofing, and masonry products and applications. Prior to Director of Engineering, Mr. Harrison worked in these areas as a Project Engineer for a national forensic engineering and fire investigation firm in Ohio. Mr. Harrison began his career working for the Ohio Department of Transportation overseeing contractor field operations for compliance with project plans, specifications, and departmental policies. He also performed training of staff and conducted studies and analysis on traffic, site layouts, and design. |
