Mr. Maskol joined Milton Engineering Consultants, P.A. in 2007 bringing over twelve years of structural engineering experience to the firm.  Mr. Maskol holds both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from The University of Akron (Ohio) with a focus on structural engineering.  He is a licensed Professional Engineer in several states (including California) with extensive experience in earthquake engineering.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Maskol held the position of Chief Structural Engineer for a 200+ person engineering firm.  He has designed and analyzed a variety of structures ranging from complex bridges to multi-story buildings.  In addition, he has considerable project management experience.  Mr. Maskol has managed multi-million dollar construction and design projects, such as the City of Akron’s city wide school reconstruction project.  As a result, he has gained an understanding of how other engineering disciplines function in design projects.

His responsibilities at Milton Engineering Consultants, P.A. include structural designs and project management for numerous clients covering many market sectors.  In addition, Mr. Maskol performs forensic investigations for a variety of losses.
